About
I started out testing concrete, steel, and soils in the field and moved to the contractor side from there. I was a project engineer on a hurricane-hardened fire station and a public park in Marco Island, ran projects at a fabrication shop, and am now an Assistant Project Manager at Urban 5 Constructors, an Edwards company, on a seven-building development in Delray Beach.
I hold bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, earned together, and a third in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University (2026). Engineering taught me how buildings get designed and built. Computer science gave me the tools to fix the paperwork around them.
New tools often meet pushback in the field, so instead of arguing for change I pilot the technology, measure the results, and let the wins speak for themselves. At Urban 5 that meant building tools on the Autodesk Construction Cloud API that the project team now uses every day, and leading our OpenSpace 360 capture rollout across a team of 10, including 5 superintendents.
I'm looking for my next role in project management or software development, ideally one where I get to do both: run the work, and build the tools the team uses to run it.

Assistant Project Manager
CurrentSupporting delivery of a $250M multi-building development: 3 commercial buildings, 2 condominium buildings, and 2 parking structures.
- Built internal tools on the Autodesk Construction Cloud API that the project team uses daily, including a daily report tracker that shows at a glance which reports are missing across every project, saving supers and PMs about 30 minutes a day and making gaps easy to prove to subcontractors, and a field tool that verifies RFIs are actually implemented on site.
- Cut architect submittal turnaround from months to weeks with a submittal and RFI tracker that simplifies how review packages reach them.
- Lead point of contact for Florida Green Building commissioning on one of the buildings.
- Own schedule updates and reviews, and review pay applications against schedule progress.
- Led the OpenSpace 360 capture rollout for a team of 10, including 5 superintendents, giving overseas architects a day-by-day view of the site and grounding coordination meetings in current conditions.
- Coordinate daily execution with 5 superintendents and built documentation workflows for change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
Software Intern
SoftwareDeveloped custom WordPress plugins with ReactJS and PHP, built automated web scrapers, and integrated data solutions with Airtable for data-driven decision-making.
Project Manager
ManagementManaged $2.2M in projects, led a team of 6-10 fabricators, installed 11+ workstations, and integrated QuickBooks with website development for operational efficiency.
Project Engineer
EngineeringTwo City of Marco Island projects totaling $20M, Fire Station 50 and Veterans' Community Park, both recognized in 2023 construction awards. Served as primary point of contact for subcontractors, ran plan reviews and schedules, and helped the city board work through project conflicts.
Assistant Project Manager
FieldField testing and inspection across concrete, structural steel, and soils, verifying placements met project specifications and code. Trained new technicians and delivered detailed reports to clients.

24,000 SF • Marco Island, FL • Emergency Operations Center
A dual-purpose fire-rescue station and city Emergency Operations Center, built to stay operational through a Category 5 hurricane. Project Engineer with Manhattan Construction, serving as primary point of contact, managing schedules, and coordinating subcontractors.
- Two-story station with a three-story training tower, three apparatus bays, and living quarters for on-shift crews.
- Hardened and elevated above the floodplain, with a secure safe room, backup generator, independent chiller, and on-site fuel depot.
- Winner, 2023 Collier Building Industry Association Sand Dollar Award for Best Public Facility over $5M.
10.8 acres • Marco Island, FL • Dedicated December 2022
Revitalization of 10.8 acres of public park into a year-round community event venue. Project Engineer with Manhattan Construction, coordinating subcontractors and guiding the city board through project conflicts toward faster decisions.
- 5,769 SF Unity Bandshell amphitheater in structural steel, with integrated acoustical baffles to limit sound carrying into the surrounding neighborhood.
- New 1,329 SF permanent restroom building, playground with shade structures, and a picnic and games area.
- Honorable Mention, 2023 ABC Florida Gulf Coast Excellence in Construction awards.
Software
Applications and integrations
Three internal web apps on the Autodesk Construction Cloud API: a daily report tracker across projects, a submittal and RFI tracker, and a field RFI verification tool. Built with Next.js and TypeScript, deployed on Vercel, and used daily by project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and architects.

A public site set up at the City of Delray Beach's request so neighbors of the Urban 5 job site can see upcoming concrete pours, road closures, and the traffic plan for each pour. The project's structural superintendent keeps it current from a phone.
- Pour calendar with a page for each pour. Traffic plans upload as PDFs or photos and turn into viewable sheets.
- Printable notices with a QR code that goes straight to that pour's page, for the fence and door hangers.
Live and public. Source not public.
A mobile app where a private squad of friends challenges each other to beat a deadline. Players submit photo proof, a randomly picked friend judges it, and a 24 hour judging window resolves on its own. Grew out of Brat Olympics.
- Every write goes through Postgres functions behind row level security, covered by 152 database tests.
- About 370 automated tests across the database and the app.
In active development, not yet released. Shown with test data.
A weekly challenge game for a friend group. Three objectives drop each week, players record photo or video proof in the app, and everyone ranks everyone else once submissions close. The prototype that became Challengr.
- Installable web app with in-app camera capture, anonymous ranked voting, and a season leaderboard.
- About 300 automated tests, including integration tests against a real Postgres branch, run on every push.
Live and invite only.
A personal tool for learning songs by ear on piano. Mark a start and end point in a Spotify track and it loops that phrase, with an optional gap between repeats, from an iPhone on the music stand.
- Installable web app that drives the Spotify app, with a loop engine that corrects for playback lag.
- 111 automated tests. The loop engine is separate from the music source, so new sources can plug in.

Event site for a group trip to Spain, with RSVPs, a live countdown, trip details, and a photo gallery. Built with Next.js and deployed on Vercel.
